COVID 19 Update and Office Procedures

Due to the ongoing pandemic and the need to continue with safe social distancing practices, most of our tax appointments will be held virtually this year.  We will have limited availability for in office appointments for our senior customers and those with limited access to the internet/computers.  

While the best part of tax season for me is seeing all of you, we want you to know that virtual appointments are available but they are not required unless there have been significant changes in your tax situation that we will need to discuss.  If you choose to schedule a virtual appointment, please upload electronic copies of your tax documents to our online portal prior to your scheduled appointment time.  You can access the online portal by clicking this link.  If you have not previously accessed the portal, please contact our office so that we can set up your account.  

If you decide not to schedule a virtual appointment this year, simply upload your tax documents to the online portal and send me an email when all of your tax documents are there. Your tax documents can also be submitted in person (no appointment needed on Wednesdays and Saturdays 10am - 3pm), via regular mail, or by fax (240-668-3668).
